What is File Manager?
File Manager is a web-based program that allows you to completely manage your Web site without the need for FTP. File Manager provides you with numerous management options not found in FTP programs including the ability to edit file content and reset file permissions.
Files within File Manager are organized using directories (folders). Directories contain files and other directories. When using File Manager, you will use one root directory which contains all other directories and files. Your Web site content is stored in a main directory called htdocs.
